Why we are OVERWEIGHT!

Why we are overweight? We’re overweight simply because we're eating the wrong foods, the wrong types of calories per meal and we're also eating meals in the wrong patterns each day...

I think we must have programs to lose weight and to change the way we think about our dieting......

Food that we eat can either make us THIN or FAT. Isn’t it POWERFUL?  Why we are overweight and get fat that fast? We don't eat the right foods at the right intervals each day. It is NOT BECAUSE of LACKING of EXERCISE.

Do we’ve other reasons why we are overweight? What is your opinion on this issue?
